Equiptment question
If two girls fought while wearing MMA gloves like these: Amazon.com : Combat Sports MMA Sparring Gloves (Regular) : Training Boxing Gloves : Sports & Outdoors
Would they still be able to use catfight tactics like hair pulling or face pinching?

Re: Equiptment question
In the context of my scenario, an older friend of one of the two girls about to go at it makes them wear sparring gloves to REDUCE the risk of serious injury. For the most part it's a martial arts fight, but there is a point where they're rolling on the grass pulling hair and pinching each other's cheeks. Would the gloves I picked out allow that?

Going by the advertisement you linked, ?Design that allows grappling and striking in the same training session without changing gloves.?
Not being familiar with them, I guess that although they may be good for grappling, they'll not be so good for pulling hair and pinching flesh or nipples, as you should have more freedom of the thumb for that. Suggestion: upgrade your scenario to two girls with just one pair of gloves, one using it in her left, the other on her right hand, and both able to use the free hand for the catfighting tactics when it comes to all-in grappling.
